• All quotations provided are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

• Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of request.

• Any changes to the scope of work may result in an updated quotation or additional charges.

• Acceptance of a quotation constitutes an agreement to the described works and these Terms & Conditions.
   

4. Appointments and Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property for our staff and equipment.
If an appointment must be rescheduled, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a call-out fee being applied.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or approved payment platforms.

• For larger projects, staged payments may be required (e.g., deposit, progress payment, completion payment).

• AO Electrical and Solar LTD reserves the right to withhold completion certificates or documentation until full payment has been received.
   

6. Warranties and Workmanship Guarantee

• All work carried out by AO Electrical and Solar LTD is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion unless otherwise stated.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied materials and products.

• This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or interference by a third party

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Issues arising from products not supplied by AO Electrical and Solar LTD
     

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or postpone a scheduled job:

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to do so may result in a call-out or cancellation fee.

• For larger contracted works, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been purchased.
   

8. Liability

• While every effort is made to ensure safety and quality, AO Electrical and Solar LTD shall not be held liable for:

  • Minor damage resulting from necessary work (e.g., drilling, wiring routes, ceiling access)

  • Losses or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, supplier issues)

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
